Bloom Music Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our growing team. Candidates with 2+ years of experience are preferred; however, newly certified MT-BCs are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview
The Music Therapist will provide individualized music therapy services to clients in their homes and/or community-based facilities. This role is ideal for a clinician who is independent, creative, collaborative, and comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate session scheduling with families and facilities

  • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide high-quality, client-centered music therapy sessions

  • Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate documentation

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and professional standards

  • Participate in weekly team meetings

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

  • Comfort using technology for documentation and communication

  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
